At EquestrianCollections, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in new, unused condition. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution for all your riding gear needs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring that horse blankets are free of hair and boots show no signs of wear.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, making sure to remove or cover any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
