What is your return policy for riding apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn apparel with original tags attached. Please note that for safety reasons, riding helmets and protective vests must be returned in unopened, original packaging.
How do I determine the correct size for horse blankets?
To find the perfect fit, measure your horse from the center of the chest, along the side of the body, to the rear of the hindquarters. Our detailed size guide on each product page converts these measurements to standard blanket sizes.
Do you offer international shipping for heavy tack?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs for heavy items like saddles or stable equipment are calculated at checkout based on the destination and total weight of the order.
How long does standard shipping take within the United States?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your gear ready for an upcoming show.
Are your leather products covered by a warranty?
All our premium leather bridles, saddles, and boots come with a one-year manufacturer warranty against defects in craftsmanship and materials under normal use.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey to your stable.
